Duties: Serves as a team leader with responsibility for ensuring the program staff provides appropriate developmental care and instruction for children and youth ranging in age from 6 weeks to 18 years in Child and Youth Services (CYS) programs. Ensures the implementation of a developmentally appropriate program that promotes the social, emotional, physical and cognitive growth of children and youth in the ages served. Instructs team members in specific tasks and job techniques; makes available written instructions, reference materials, and supplies. Develops, plans and implements age-appropriate educational lesson plans, schedules, and developmentally appropriate activities based on observed needs and interest of individual children and youth. Ensure staff follow health and safety standards when performing various duties.

Develops operating budget and data, identifying labor, equipment, and supply costs. Supervises assigned staff. Sweeps, mops, vacuums, scrubs, strips and polishes using light and heavy-duty powered equipment. Cleans, and dusts assigned areas. Empties trash. Operates industrial equipment to clean rugs, drapes, etc. Performs routine maintenance of equipment. Cleans, disinfects and deodorizes toilet facilities. Changes linens. Washes walls, windows, blinds and ceiling fixtures using ladders, scaffolds and safety belt. Moves heavy furniture. Maintains stock of room and cleaning supplies to perform assigned duties. Works independently under general supervision to accomplish assigned work.

This position is located at McCoy's Community Center. Duties: Follows established procedures in operating a full-service bar, mixing and serving a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Records sales, makes change or prepares charge slips. Receives and checks quantity and description of stock. Stocks bar, utensils, equipment and keeps work area clean and sanitary. Keeps record of quantities of beverages dispensed and submits requirement for re-stocking to supervisor. Uses tact and courtesy to deny further sales to persons whose conduct has become unruly or who appear to be intoxicated.

This position is located within Child and Youth Services at Fort McCoy, WI. Duties: Provides appropriate developmental care and instruction for children and youth, ranging in age from 6 weeks to 18 years in Child and Youth Services (CYS) programs. Actively supervises and accounts for whereabouts and safety of children and youth during daily routines, indoor and outdoor activities, on field trips, outings, and special events. Assists in implementing planned, developmentally appropriate activities, schedules, and routines for children/youth using prepared curriculum, activity plans, and materials which includes group and individual activities. Helps arrange for or serve appropriate snacks or meals. Identifies and responds to emergency situations including evacuations, child/youth illness, and physical and emotional needs.

Duties: Prepares a limited variety of short order, fast food items to include hamburgers, hot dogs, fish and chicken sandwiches, pizzas, French fries, etc. in a Snack Bar setting. Removes perishable foods from the freezer for daily activities. Assures tables, and all work areas to include equipment and storage areas are promptly cleared and cleaned. Takes delivery of supplies and ensures proper storage of shipments. Accepts food orders from patrons and receives payments and completes cash report at the end of assigned shift. Assists in coordinating food and beverage needs for special events, not limited to preparing and serving food and cleaning up work areas. Follows all safety, security, and good housekeeping rules.

Duties: Performs a variety of tasks involving several steps or sequences of tasks that require attention to work operations in a kitchen or dining area following established procedures. Prepares and combines fruits and vegetables for salads. Makes simple sandwiches and performs other simple food preparation. Responsible for proper slicing of deli meats and cheeses and cutting of fruits and vegetables for garnish. In accordance with customer orders, processes and organizes food, arranges garnishes, checks for appearance, quality and quantity and ensures proper presentation in accordance with set standards. Prepares and cooks food on the grill, fryer and pizza station. Cleans kitchen utensils, pots, pans, storage containers, as well as sweeping and mopping the floor. Restocks storeroom, walk in refrigerator/freezer, front line refrigerators, freezers, coolers, and dry goods. Operates a cash register.
