1st CCU is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join our Tomah team as a Member Service Representative II (MSR II). This is a full-time 40 hour a week position. In this role you'll be responsible for assisting members with routine transactions, opening and maintaining new accounts, and explaining products and services to meet member needs. Answers member inquiries and resolves issues with professionalism and care. Maintains confidentiality and compliance with all credit union policies and procedures. Requires strong communication and customer service skills, high attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment. High school diploma and 1 year of MSR I or equivalent financial experience required, along with proven experience to sell products and services required. Knowledge of Microsoft office preferred. Knowledge of various office machines/equipment/computers, and basic mathematical knowledge required. Valid WI driver's license required.
